A. When can I get the price?

1. The quotation would be made within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you're urgent for the price, pls call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. Pls note that the more details supplied, the more accurate the quotation will be. Normally the details are inclusive of material, size, color, finishing, quantity, etc.

B. How can I get a sample to check the quality?

After price and products' details confirmation, you can require for samples to evaluate the quality.  The charges of samples and express fee should be paid before production. Also, you can use your own express account if you have one, then it could be delivered by freight collect.

C. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. Kindly choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

D. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

AI, Coreldraw, PDF, more than 300 DPI of JPG with sizes marked.

E. Can you do the design for me?

Yes, we can. We have a team of young and professional designers. Kindly advise us about your ideas for the design such as the finishing or the functions you prefer. And you could send us the high resolution images, your logo and inform us how you would like the design to be. Will send you the completed script/file for confirmation as soon as it's done.

F. Can we put our logo to your models?
Yes, we can put your logo on our design, as well as changing color, adjusting new size and accessories.
 
G. How to make sure the quality before shipment?
We have professional QC team, before package, the QC team will check the products carefully before package. Also, we welcome the third party to do the detection. 

We also would like to make a custom sample for u to check every details.

After you get the products, and find some damaged ones, please contact us, we will deal with it and give you a satisfying reply.
 
H. What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
In general, the MOQ is 500pcs for jewelry box, watch box and watch winder. Besides, the MOQ is 1000pcs for jewelry roll, manicure set and shoe shine kit. We accept small trail order as well.
 
I.Do you have stock products to sell?
No. We work on OEM orders. That means, size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution, etc will depend on your requests. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
